Day One..ooorah
As General Alexander directed us to do this morning at the dedication of our adventure.
Ooorah..if we are tired or happy or frustrated, ooorah, ahhhh I feel much better. We tried hard to do our festivities at mile post 1. Or is it zero I get confused on that one.
The President of the Lincoln Highway Association was there, as was the president of MVPA.
The police in the District were outstanding, as were the state Police of Maryland and Pennsylvania.
Stopped all traffic on the roads going where ever we went. Almost 9:30 here and I've been going since 5:00 this morning. I will blog and post pics tomorrow or at the latest Tuesday. No rest for the wicked as Tuesday is a down day but not for me.Want to edit and post some video as well as post some more pics on flickr.
