Getting Short

(Getting Short) old military term for getting close to either PCSing or ETSing. Thats either changing duty stations or getting out. You always got excited when you became a 2 digit midget, that is you have 99 days or less. Well we are now down to 1 digit. 7 days and we are on the road. Terry and I and some others have been invited to the Army's birthday party at the Pentagon next Friday. Others will be at Ft Belvior, showing some of the vehicles that will be in our convoy.
I have been spending time making sure i can send video and pics for the military TV channel and web site.
So lets get our AWOL bags packed and ready to go.
