The effort by MVPA members and other historic military vehicle owners in Idaho to craft former military vehicle-friendly titling and registration laws, as documented in the most recent Supply Line, have met with success! On 23 March Idaho Governor Butch Otter signed the bill into law. Additional details of this process, and how they may be used as a guide for similar efforts elsewhere will be distributed soon.
